Sheriff Weaknecht and his staff implemented a strategy to help educate home owners of their actual rights and options that are available to them.  He and his department could have easily taken the stance of let’s just do our job and serve the papers but they chose to be pro-active instead and assist the people of Berks.  People can talk about change all they want but Sheriff Weaknecht and his department are not talking about it, they’re doing it.
